I didn't mean to take off until January 5th!!!
I have been soooooo bad. Christmas cookies are the devil. Fudge is the devil's best friend. I am so looking forward to January 5th when Oprah and I start our new best life!! On January 5th I start a Yoga class and a Mindful Meditation class. I know, I mean I know this will get me back on track. "The body’s natural relaxation response is a powerful antidote to stress." Life did not deliver me curve balls it delivered rum balls and fudge squares and those damn peanut butter cookies with snickers in the middle. I mean come on what the f*&*@#&!!!!!!!
